SCHOOL BOARD WORK MEETING
BOARD OF EDUCATION DISTRICT #62
WEDNESDAY, MARCH 8, 2023 @ 3:00 P.M.
SCRIBNER – SNYDER 5th GRADE ROOM
Open the Meeting
Call the meeting to order at 3:02 p.m. Scribner-Snyder President Laura Schnoor presiding.
Open Meetings Act
Notice of this meeting was properly published in a newspaper of general circulation by advance Public Notice with notice and advance agenda given to all members of the board prior to the meeting date. Scribner-Snyder personnel Joe Peitzmeier, Brad Stithem and Malia Nemecek were in attendance.
The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.
Roll Call
A call of roll showed 4 members present: Don Beck, Mike Fischer, Aaron Lange, and Laura Schnoor. Absent – Matt Kruse and Janice Baker
Approval of Agenda
Fischer moved to approve the agenda as presented and excuse Matt Kruse from the meeting. Lange seconded and motion carried 4-yes, 2 absent (Kruse and Baker). Baker will be arriving shortly.
Welcoming of Visitors by President Laura Schnoor
Regular Agenda
- DLR Facility Study Presentation and Discussion
Baker arrived at 3:06 p.m. Darrin Hanigan, DLR presented the results of the Facility Study and following the presentation the board discussed these results.
Adjournment
There being no further business on the agenda of this board work meeting, President Laura Schnoor adjourned this meeting at 5:52 p.m.

The next regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Education of District #62, Dodge County, will be Wednesday April 12, 2023, at 6:30 p.m. in the Scribner-Snyder Band Room. Agenda items are kept current in the superintendent’s office and may be inspected during regular business hours.
