H. APPROVAL OF BOARD POLICIES
The board will discuss, consider and take action to approve policies 1005.03 “Parent Involvement in Education practices”, 504.19 “Student Fees”, “Bullying”, 1005.03, “ Parent Involvement in the Title I Program”, 503.01 “Compulsory Attendance”, and 604.04 “Multicultural Education” be approved as presented.

I. SCRIBNER-SNYDER COMMUNITY EDUCATION FOUNDATIONAL MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
The board will discuss, consider and take action on a proposed memorandum of understanding agreement for facility use with Scribner-Snyder Community Educational Foundation.
J. LUNCH PRICES
The board will discuss, consider, and take action on the proposed breakfast and lunch prices for the 2026-2027 school year.

K. 2026-2027 SCHOOL CALENDAR
The board will discuss, consider, and take necessary action to authorize the Superintendent to make necessary adjustments to the 2026–2027 school calendar and/or daily schedule to ensure buildings and school grounds readiness.
L. POLICY REVISIONS
The board will discuss, consider, and take all necessary action on proposed revisions to the following policies because of Legislative action: 502.02 - Option Enrollment and 504.03 Student Discipline.
M. RESOLUTION APPROVING STAFF TRAININGS
The board will discuss, consider, and take all necessary action on the proposed resolution for approving staff training.
N. CORRECTION ON SCHOOL DISTRICT TAX CREDIT ALLOCATION
The board will approve a repayment to Dodge County Treasurer for an error Dodge County made in calculating January and April’s School District Tax Credit Allocation in the amount of $30,270.38 to the General Fund and $8,163.38 to the Sinking Fund.
O. JOBS FOR AMERICA’S GRADUATES (JAG) MOU
The board will discuss, consider, and take all necessary action to approve the contribution in the amount of $10,000 for Scribner-Snyder Community School’s JAG program per the Memorandum of Understanding agreement between the two entities.
P. Approval of 2026-2027 Handbooks The board will discuss, consider and take necessary action to approve the 2026-2027 6-12 Parent/Student Handbook, Elementary Handbook, Faculty handbook, Activities Handbook, and Support Staff Handbook.

A. EXECUTIVE SESSION

The board may consider a motion to enter Executive Session by the affirmative vote of a majority of its voting members, if a closed session is clearly necessary for the protection of the public interest or for the prevention of needless injury to the reputation of an individual.

The board will take no action from Executive Session.
