The meeting is called to order at                  p.m. Scribner-Snyder President, Dyann Bradbury presiding.

    1. TRANSFER FUNDS FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO THE SAVINGS DEPRECIATION FUND

The Board will discuss, consider, and take necessary action to transfer $13,185 from the General Fund to the Savings Depreciation Fund, representing the proceeds received from the auction sale of vans and a lawn mower.

The Board will discuss, consider, and take necessary action to transfer $10,000 from the General Fund to the School Nutrition Fund.
