SPECIAL BOARD MEETING
BOARD OF EDUCATION DISTRICT #62
WEDNESDAY, February 23, 2022
5:00 P.M.
SCRIBNER – SNYDER COMMUNITY SCHOOLS
President Laura Schnoor called the special meeting of School Board #62 to order on Wednesday, February 23, 2022 at 5:00 p.m.
Open Meetings Act:
Notice of this meeting was properly published in a newspaper of general circulation by advance Public Notice with notice and advance agenda given to all members of the board prior to the meeting date. Scribner-Snyder personnel Joe Peitzmeier, Brad Stithem and Malia Nemecek were in attendance.
The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.
Roll Call:
A call of roll showed the following members present: Don Beck, Mike Fischer, Cory Schlueter and Laura Schnoor, 2-absent (Matt Kruse and Andrea Vacha)
Approval of the Agenda:
Fischer moved to approve the Agenda as presented. Schlueter seconded and motion carried 4-yes, 2-other.
Andrea Vacha arrived at 5:22 p.m. and Matt Kruse arrived at 5:38 p.m.
Visitors: None
Regular Agenda:
DLR Facility Study Presentation
Darin Hanigan and Vanessa Schutte of DLR Group facilitated a Facility Master Planning Process Discussion with the Board Members and Administration.
Adjournment:
There being no further business on the agenda of this special meeting, President Laura Schnoor adjourned this meeting at 7:33 p.m.

The next regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Education of District #62, Dodge County, will be Wednesday, March 9, 2022, at 6:30 p.m., in the Scribner–Snyder Band Room. Agenda items are kept current in the superintendent’s office and may be inspected during regular business hours.
