OPEN THE MEETING
Call the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m. Scribner-Snyder President, Mike Fischer presiding.
OPEN MEETINGS ACT
Notice of this meeting was properly published in a newspaper of general circulation by advance Public Notice with notice and advance agenda given to all members of the board prior to the meeting date. Scribner-Snyder personnel Kate Chrisman, Malia Nemecek and NASB Representative Marcia Herring were in attendance.
The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.
ROLL CALL
A call of roll showed 6 members present: Dyann Bradbury, Jake Brainard, Mike Fischer, Aaron Lange, Lisa Lawton, and Janis Baker.

APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA
Bradbury moved to approve the Consent Agenda as presented. Baker seconded and motion carried 6-yes.

ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business on the agenda of this meeting, President Mike Fischer adjourned this meeting at 5:53 p.m.
